Let’s work together to make your nonprofit website effective.

I partner with nonprofits in two different ways: as a web strategy consultant, and serving as a trusted Website Coach and Guide. With over 25 years of experience, I help you create an effective website that’s compelling to visitors.

Services

Web Coach & Guide

Would you like a trusted guide to help as you build or improve your website? In weekly or bi-weekly calls, I partner with nonprofit staff to tackle challenges, help manage web development firms, reduce the risk of schedule or budget overruns, and provide advice on best practices from my 25 years of experience.

Web Strategy

I bring stakeholders together to envision new and effective website projects. Using user research, engagement models, analysis and workshops, I shape the features, functionality, and content strategies that will drive the change you want to achieve. Together, we create an action plan to turn your vision into reality.

About Laura

I've been building and enhancing nonprofit websites within and alongside organizations for over 25 years. My background is in strategy, user research, designing site navigation and product management, but over the years I’ve participated in every aspect of site development for dozens of sites. I've been an Executive Director, a board member, on staff at consulting firms, and a one-woman marketing and fundraising show. I've collaborated with large international nonprofits, foundations, and small organizations. I’d love to work with you.
